Guest Policies:

• A 50% down payment is required at the time of reservation. Your down payment is non-refundable unless the condo is re-booked.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
• A credit card must be presented at check-in to ensure the condo will be taken care of properly. Any repair charges to personal property of condo will be charged on credit card.
• Check-in time is 3:00PM unless arranged in advance. Check out is 10:00 AM.
• Smoking is prohibited inside condo.
• Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• We provide trash bags for you.  Please keep trash inside of condo. If you need us to remove them for you, please call the office. Trash outdoors can attract bears and other wildlife, which can be harmful to you and others.
